Procedure to be followed

After the puja fill the pot with water and proceed with visarjan (Garden Ganapathi takes 30 to 45 mins to dissolve in water).  Once it is dissolves, drop the cocopeat block which absorbs the excess amount of water within 10 to 15 minutes. Add Gardener choice potting mix and sow the seeds.

(Note: Once you sow the seeds you can make the drain whole, Space is provided in the bottom)

Ganesh Chaturthi festival is celebrated to honour the elephant-headed God Ganapathi ‘s birthday, who was the younger son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Importance of Visarjan

The immersion of the Ganapathi  in water is known as visarjan. This practice is particularly prevalent in the worship of Lord Ganapathi . Lord Ganapathi is invoked in a murthi, and puja is performed. The Almighty is realized through the five senses. Adoration to the deity’s beautiful form, the sweet scents of the flowers with which puja is performed, by touching the murthi in obeisance with our hands, partaking the prasad offered to the deity and listening to the slouches and mantras for the deity. At the conclusion of the 3, 5, 7 or 11 days of worship, the Ganapathi  murthi is immersed in water ceremoniously and is re-invoked the following year. This practice serves as a reminder to the devotee about the transitory nature of life.
